KP INDIANS 2004 SEASON AWARDS CEREMONY
Save the date! Like last year, this year's award ceremony will be televised.
- When: Saturday. January 29, 2005
- Time: Starts promptly at 1:00 pm – ends 4:00 pm
- Where: Hope Community Church (740 North Henderson Road in King of Prussia, just off the corner of Henderson & Beidler Roads).
Only 1 Date Left! RETURN EQUIPMENT FOR AWARDS ELIGIBILITY
The season isn't over until ALL borrowed equipment and practice jerseys have been turned in and inventoried. Please review the handouts and the information below that explains what must be done and when. Please be aware that children with unreturned equipment will not be allowed to participate in the awards program or be eligible for awards.
THIS IS IT!! Bob Gray will be available at the following times to receive Equipment:
- 6 - 8 pm, Thursday, December 16
A fee will be charged to families who do not return all equipment clean and on time, and future participation in the program may be jeopardized.

Football Players: Please return the following items in a large bag with
PLAYER NAME and TEAM ID
written in big letters on the outside.
"Please clean the equipment and abide by all the requests below. Remember you have only one set of equipment to take care of - I have over 200. I thank you for your consideration and cooperation." - Bob Gray

Helmet |
- Discard mouthpiece
- Remove all award stickers (leave Indians logo and red stripe intact)
- Carefully clean outside of helmet with warm water and gentle soap.
- Leave chin-strap and jaw pads in place

Game Pants (with stripes) AND
Practice Pants (no stripes)

- Remove all Pants Pads from pockets and snaps.
- Please wash the pants before returning.
- If repairs are needed, turn them inside out to reveal damages
- Do NOT lace or tie closed.

Shoulder Pads |
- Carefully clean outside of shoulder pads with warm water and gentle soap.
- Return with laces tied and elastic straps unhooked.

Pants Pads |
Return all seven (7) Pants Pads:
- 2 knee pads
- 2 thigh pads
- 2 hip pads
- 1 tailbone pad

Practice Jersey |
ALL borrowed practice jerseys regardless of type or color MUST be returned. Please wash before returning.
Note: You may KEEP your game jersey.

Coaches & Team Staff: Please return any other equipment, medical kits, water bottles, etc. at any of the times listed above!
It has been KPFA policy in past years to hold individual photos until equipment is returned. Since typically only a very small number of people do not return equipment, the board agreed to distribute the pictures much sooner this year. So, let's show our gratitude to Bob AND fulfill our final obligation by returning ALL equipment on time and clean.

The INDIANS 90LB FB TEAM made it to the KSL Semifinals but lost to a very good Warminster Pioneers club last weekend. Win or Lose ~ Great Job again this season to Head Coach Craig Thornton, the entire 90LB Coaching Staff, the Team Moms and Business Manager in thier support of the kids.
